Responding here to keep the Alpha thread clear. I did really enjoy the State Azure album and have listened to it a few times now. Sort of a cross between Roger Eno and The Necks, with maybe a touch of Keith Jarrett. Excellent stuff. Listening to his other stuff too, but the improvised piano is special.
He has a lot of stuff. Will post a list of the better stuff of his I’ve listened too.

It is just piano. Sadly, right after it was finished he permanently injured on hand and doesn’t have the dexterity to play like this anymore

My daughter Eloise is marrying an excellent young man, Cáno, and his family hosted a traditional Turkish Henna night for them. Here’s some shots. We had a father daughter dance to the acoustic version of ‘Just Like Heaven’ by the Cure later, but fortunately no photos of me dancing appear to exist ….

Some of the shots show Eloise teasing Cáno with a pot, which she then smashed, containing sweets and trinkets for children to scramble after. It’s meant, I understand, to symbolise future prosperity. Eloise explained it as why they have a dishwashing machine.
