Thai funk is a vibrant musical style combining 1960s and 1970s American funk, soul, and psychedelic rock with traditional Thai folk genres like luk thung and morlam.

This is the map of Glastonbury and surrounds I was talking about showing shallow and deeper water in mauve and blue. The village we stayed in while visiting was Wookey, just west of Wells. My ancestors came from High Ham, south west of Glastonbury. Drainage projects were started by Glastonbury Abbey around 1000 AD and before that the shallow water areas were actual coastline during the wet months and only partly traversable in dry summer (hence Somerset, or ‘summer land’).
I can attest to the water affinity of Glastonbury, well the Pilton festival area anyway
