Screen saver questions

New Ropiee user here. Installed 2.535 on RP4 (4GB).

Does the screen saver only activate when music is not playing? My Ropiee is near my TV display and I assumed the Screen Saver Timeout out start the screen saver after a set amount of time regardless of if music was playing or not. But that is not what I am experiencing. Screen Saver Timeout has been changed to 2 min but the display remains on the song and doesn’t change to the clock.

Have I misunderstood the setting and screen saver functionality?

No, the screen saver only starts if the associated zone isn’t playing. Otherwise, the display shows what is being played (the point of the display).
