Could it be possible for the tracks to scroll as tracks are played. Currently the current track ‘disappears’ under the bottom of the window after track 4 or so.

Are you referring to the browsing screen ? Browsing is independent of playback. Someone wanting to read the album review or lyrics of an earlier song would not want the screen to scroll.
The queue and screensaver screens show the current track and are better choices for monitoring playback.
Yes and no. Correct screen, but different behavior. Imagine just the track listing scrolling upwards to keep the currently playing track in view, without moving the top portion. Like locking column headers in Excel.
I see, yes I think that could be a useful option. Users are more likely to be interested in the currently playing track, but I’d like the ability to disable such scrolling.
