Here is a feature I would like to see.
I would like to be able to search for music by file type, ie FLAC, WAV, DSD, AIFF, MQA
I would also like to be able to sort my music by Bit Rate, ie. 44.1, 96, 128, 178, 196 etc.

This is fully available.
Using Focus - inspector will offer exactly these capabilities.

The Focus feature is context sensitive. If you are viewing your music by artist, it is limited. If you view by album, voila!
So I have discovered. Unfortunate.
In album view, after focussing on format, try the funnel filter. If will operate on the principal artist as well as album title.
