Seeing different images in the circles at different sizes

I see sometimes weird things happenings with the avatars:

Example: Massive Attack - in Artists:

only 1 member is shown (which annoys me ):
however in VAD all looks fine:

Also on the big artist avatar it’s correct, but on the small avatar it’s displayed different.
I sometimes notice these differences between the small avatar / VAD / big avatar

is this a bug? or caching?

This is a known bug and we are working on a fix. The circle in the first row above is displaying something wrong. The one in the second row above is correct.

The data in Art Director matches the second row.
