REW was used with an Umik microphone. I measured left and right. My room is L-shaped. Listening distance is 3m and against a wall (I know!). Loudspeakers are 2.4m apart and are German’s Quadral Platinum M4. They claimed to go as low as 28Hz -6dB. Measurements show that they indeed go very low.
The correction graphs are on a much different y axis scale that will give the impression of greater flattening of the response. For true comparison, show before and after correction graphs on the same scale.
