Simple question on choosing Tidal vs Qobuz vs Library

I realize this question seems simple, but I can’t figure it out.

Say I have a particular album in my ripped library, and that album is also available on Tidal and Qobuz; I subscribe to both.

When I search on this album, I can see icons that show that it’s in the three locations, but how do I choose a specific version? Once I click on any one of the three ‘options’, I don’t seem to get a clear indication that it is one or the other (or the other).

From the Album view, there is a Versions tab. This shows all available releases in your library as well as other versions available from streaming services. File location is shown where applicable.

This did not change with 1.8.

Should be the same as Martin explained.

I see the problem that I’m having and why it seemed so difficult to understand. I don’t see Version in my instance of Roon for some reason!? :thinking:

I found out the problem. It had to do with VPN. All is good now.
