Sinead O'Connor, throw down your arms. Is it no longer available?

I have been trying to buy the album Throw down your arms by Sinead O’Connor but can’t find it anywhere except for ridiculous ($50+) prices. I don’t mind if it is in CD or download format. Ideally I would like a high resolution version and the double CD length version but not essential.
The only place I can find it is YouTube.
I’m not sure if it has been withdrawn as it doesn’t seem to be on the streaming services either.
Any ideas?

It seems like that in the UK, too. £650 for the vinyl! Used CDs from £30. Not available on Qobuz.
