I never understood why, but this track was skipped for almost 10 years. And to my surprise, this morning I found it as the latest addition to my collection. Thank you.
I had three surprise additions to my library last week. I have posted to Technical Support to try to get to the bottom of this, because I wonder what other local files are missing from our libraries.

Personally, I don’t have any more. I only had the one I mentioned earlier.
Do you have other albums by the same artist in your library?
Never had an issue with files being skipped during scanning/identification, but I remember that some were wrongly recognized as an existing album, so they were hidden as a ´also in your library´ version of the same album, or bonus tracks thereof (which is treated differently from a duplicate or several versions).
The moment a library rescan defines them as unidentified, they reappear as separate albums/singles. But they have always been there, just hidden.
