Does Roon allow me to rate songs by 5 stars level like what I can do in iTune?
No. Ratings are album level only.
I think you can add aTag at a track level and then focus on the tag.
Just a bad design to limit to album level
Personally I believe Roon should accommodate both album and track ratings.
