Song unavailable in MQA but not in regular FLAC

On Elton Johns ” Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy” the song ” Someone saved my life today” is unavailable in MQA but available in FLAC. I’ve never seen this before. How is it in other territories?

I am based in the UK and the track “Someone saved my life today” is ‘available’ in both FLAC 16bit 44.1kHz and MQA versions of the album.
