Hi, sorry work delayed responding. All I can see is the internal SSD and Dropbox, however, in the Sonicorbiter setup I can see the USB disc, but I cant select the Roon backup from there. So the problem really is to see, and save too, the USB connected disc from Roon backup.

Anything important or music etc?
Do you know how it is formatted?
Its blank and reformatted to exFAT.
Running out of ideas here I’m afraid as everything sounds good so far.
Let’s see if @support can throw some new light on this one.

Have you used the drive mounter tool under the sonicorbiter settings menu to mount you usb drive. Even if you have try it again. These days my usb drive needs remounting after every restart of the sonictransporter not sure why.
Hi yes I’ve attempted to mount the drive. I’ve reformatted it via the Sonicorbiter but it is still not visible via Roon backup
