I see that Sonos is now supporting Hi-Res streaming at 48khz / 24bit via it’s S2 app.
Anyone know how that will work playing through Roon? I have a Sonos AMP and a few Sonos speakers throughout the house that I play via Roon. Will this be played at 24bit also?
There’s an interesting twist that Darko discusses here (1 minute read). Covering what happens if the source music is greater than 24/48. Not what you might expect.
