I actually used Paul McGowan’s method in his book. Combine it with the CD/download, it’s pretty powerful. The stand out is the 4 tracks, each recorded a different distance from the mike. Once setup, you can hear the difference in depth. Really helps to get the center image, soundstage width and depth balanced.
