Welcome to the Roon community, @DAVID_LEGER.
What is the song, and do you have either a Qobuz or TIDAL subscription?
Roon music discovery is greatly enhanced with a streaming subscription. Otherwise, search results are limited to the content of your library.
David, do I understand this properly? You search for a song that is not in your library, and the search says it finds nothing… what were you expecting to happen?
I currently stopped my sub to Qobuz and Tidal… didn’t like the environment now I only have imusic subscription but do not see anything in Roon that show I have imusic.
I followed the download library with new folder… but not sure I understand how to make that work either.
There is no direct connection between Roon and imusic. The tracks you download from imusic must be placed in the folder(s) that Roon watches. Downloaded files that are in the watched folder are automatically in the Roon library. When searching, Roon searches the library and connected streaming services (Tidal and Qobuz, which you don’t have).
So it sounds like you don’t have a watched folder set up. How to do that depends on where you installed the Roon Core and where your music files are, so we will need more info.
Take a look at the help centre. These are a good starting point:
