Hi Jan,

In your title you mention you are using a Unfi Dream Machine pro. This means that you probably have the following connection:
Internet => Telenet Router => UDMPRO => Roon Core (Nucleus)

I this scenario, you will need to:

  • enable port forwarding on your Telenet router to your UDMPRO
  • enable port forwarding on your UDMPRO to your Roon Core

For the Telenet Router you can do this via “Mijn Telenet”:

And for your UDMPRO you can add the port forwarding rule from Setting > Firewall & Security. In the section Port Forwarding simply click Create New entry and add the rule as follows:

Use the IP address for your Roon Core as the Forward IP, and forward port as defined in your Roon ARC setting.
