ARC will not connect,router has UPNP and port fwd enabled.

Have you ever had it working?

Is your MacBook on WiFi? On Ethernet would be best.

Have you set it to a fixed IP in your router? Might be worth looking at that 1st.

Looking at TElia Finland website, they appear a little different from a normal ISP. They lease ports?!
