Synchronization between Tidal and Roon

I am a new subscriber to Roon and need some clarification on the synchronization between Tidal and Roon.

In the Tidal app I have 356 favorite tracks and 101 favorite albums. After connecting the Roon server to Tidal, (the server is only connected to Tidal) the library expanded to 1373 tracks and 306 albums.

It appears that tracks in the Roon library include: Tidal favorite tracks and all tracts from Tidal favorite albums.

Favorite albums in the library include: Tidal favorite albums and albums that contain a single track from from Tidal favorite tracks.

Here are my questions:

Is this normal or did I miss a setting?

Is it possible for the Roon library to mirror Tidal?

I routinely browse the favorite tracks in Tidal and add tracks to the queue while listening. It’s not easy to remember the favorite track when the entire album is listed.

Browsing to Tidal, My Tidal Collection provides the desired list, but there appears to be no way to select a sort order.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Roon is an album central music player, so when you connect to TIDAL, all your favourite albums are added in their entirety to Roon.

Similarly, any favourite tracks are also added to Roon, and this includes the album albeit without the other tracks.

You’ll also notice that none are marked as a favourite since TIDAL favourites are ≭ to Roon favourites.
