I just switched over from Spotify. There’s just some songs that were never released on streaming services that I really want to listen to on my phone/computer. Like, I really wanted to listen the album “Umbrella” by The Innocence Mission, but that album has been missing on every streaming service I’ve tried.
What we need is the ability to drag audio files into a personal playlist, and allow it to be downloaded to your phone so you don’t have to go to a different audio app to listen to it.
With the $20 monthly charge, I feel like this feature should be a given, considering competitors have introduced the same features and for a fraction of the price.
