L o v e l y !
Yet I would have wasted a like on “wasted like snarking” about an artist I love. Unfortunately I’m out of s so I can’t walk the magnanimity walk
I seem to have a surplus of likes.
Maybe I have been syphoning them from you and @Michael_Harris
You were definitely on the list of possible miscreants
I had to leave the forums for some time today when I was embarrassed that I could not give out the due
I pity the poor fool who taps into what flows through my black little heart
The mind boggles😳
Anyway to get back to a vinyl context.
I was very impressed with my friends SS Paua cartridge today.
Super smooth but detailed as well.
Nothing stood out, but everything was there and in the right place.
In other words it did it’s job and just conveyed the music without any embellishments.
Recommended!
The Needle and the Damage Done. The damage was probably related to Neil’s wallet, once he saw the cost of that cartridge!
Lol, think their top dog runs about $14k.
So… a relative bargain
I find that fascinating…but insane.
careful, they’re going to break your black little heart out into a new thread.
Just arrived and not had the ceremonial opening yet.
It will be on and playing shortly
The vinyl version that is, and I will rip the CDs later.
all vinyl releases should come with music install discs.
Quite a few I have bought lately do have either a CD or a download code.
Which is always nice.
But not all I admit.
I 100% agree and given the cost of most vinyl your order should at least include a Lossless files.
Best I could find was 320KB MP3 files which I don’t think cover’s it.
It will limit my buying vinyl if I cannot get digital media included.
I found load’s of albums on Bandcamp that I would like on vinyl but delivery is the same cost as the viny, if not higher and that again limits ability to buy
Flac download’s?
Mostly MP3 when I looked, besides Bandcamp
Nearly all mp3 yes.
I do remember one Tom Petty album was flac though.
Still sound good upsampled😁
