Probably not, because this version (build 1388) was released today: Roon 2.0.31 and ARC 1.0.48 are live!
Also note today’s installation date in your screenshot: 19/3/2567 (Thai calendar, I suppose).
I suppose your Roon is configured to update automatically, at least now. But in any case, you have the latest version now. Did you try if it maybe started working?
