heya, i noticed this a few releases ago, but due to some issues i haven’t been able to file a bug. for maybe a couple months now, my roon arc has been stuck in a strange state wrt to downloads:
Hi! @directxman12, thank you for the report. Am I getting it right that if you download a new album, for example, it will still be stuck in this half-visible state?
Could you please provide an illustration of the issue you are seeing? A couple of screenshots or a video if that’s possible.

additional updates: smart downloads are actually still running too – I added some new albums to my library and a couple of them showed up on my phone recently (but it still shows “no downloads” / “set up smart downloads”)
I have manually downloaded a number of downloads, and a number of others have been downloaded via Smart Downloads.
However, the Downloads pane in Roon Arc reports “you haven’t downloaded anything yet.”
If I go to Library > Albums, I can see the downloaded albums there.
My case has one additional wrinkle which may make it different from the OP: sometimes (but not always), the downloads will eventually appear in the Downloads pane after a length delay (several minutes, sometimes more).
