Tidal content very slow to load in Roon

Hi, using Tidal on Roon for the first time and finding that it is very slow to load content. For example, the artist information page or albums. Is this a known/common issue?

Can you be more specific? Most Roon content is cached by Roon unless you are talking about the song playing itself.

For example, when viewing an artist, the artist page comes up very slow and some tidal playlists hang and never come up at all

I was having that problem last night. Everything Tidal was very slow. It prompted me to renew my Qobuz subscription for another year.

Likely Roons servers playing up.

Ive had nothing but Tidal problems lately and will be going back to Qobuz.
