Tidal "My Mix #N" in Tidal/What's New - is this just me?

For a little while now (maybe just since build 1497) I have noticed that the “My Mix” playlists visible in Roon Client (desktop, Android, and Windows) do not work.

They appear fine in the “Mixes for you” list on the Tidal “What’s New” page; but if I click on them to play them then on Windows or Apple iPad the Roon Client just immediately disappears. On Android the Roon Client just freezes and becomes completely unresponsive and I have to manually force-close the app.

Is this a known issue? happening to anyone else?

I have tried to report this as a Roon support case twice but I think that just disappears too… no response from Roon staff, and nothing appearing in the support conf.

Maybe I did something wrong submitting it? There seems no way to tell but the dead-air leaves me kind of hanging here. It would be nice if there was some way to track our own support submissions before they are dealt with or become public.

Thanks

I raised a support request on the forum for this a few days ago. In my case it affects Qobuz playlists. Roon on Windows crashes immediately. My Roon server is unaffected. Just the client.

My daily Tidal lists show up in Roon, but when selected, it crashes the Roon App in Windows, or freezes android tablet app. Searching Tidal or playing my saved library playlists works fine.

There is another thread in the support section where it seems they are working on a fix for this: Roon closes when opening My Mixes in Tidal (ref#Y55ING) - #3 by noris

Thanks Will. I had not seen that.
I figured some other people HAD to be seeing it also.
I don’t know why my previous support postings didn’t show up but it is good to know it is being sorted anyway.

Just confirming that having updated to build 1507 earlyaccess this seems to be fixed now.
Thanks.
