I am experiencing the same "not available " in Tidal with all tracks, library or not.
See pic.
Everything plays fine via Tidal app.
Thought?
I apologize. Restarting my Roon Core (ROCK on NUC) fixed it. Please delete this thread
Mine is doing the same though, so maybe a shared glitch? I haven’t rebooted yet, but then again why should I have to 
Tidal on my windows laptop updated today and I had to re log in. This may be something to do with it. Just an FYI
