TIDAL playlists are not available in the app [Investigation]

I have 14 playlists in Tidal (visible in Tidal app). None of them appears in Roon. Why?

All the Qobuz playlists are properly visible in Roon.

Other thing: I don’t like the new icons that appears on the left panel. The previous view was easier to read and use.

I found a workaround:
First I created new Tidal playlist from Roon - it was transferred to Tidal but nothing more happened. Fortunately, when I created new playlist in Tidal app, all the missing playlists were synced to Roon.

You had TIDAL folder available but there were 0 playlists in it? Was it happening both in Roon and Roon ARC or only one of the apps was affected?

That’s correct

I’m not sure if checked that in ARC. For sure I’ve seen that in Roon Remote.
