Tracks are being added but the Album counter is stuck

I configured a Roon Rock OS server on an N97 computer and while i can see that tracks are being added, and album artwork and files are as well, the numerical album counter is stuck at a number and not increasing.

The albums that are being added are indeed there and can be played without issue.

I have restarted the Roon Server software and that did not have any effect on the situation. It is a curious affair, because I thought it the album count was stuck at a certain point, that correspondingly so would the track counter.

I am migrating the entire library at the moment using rsync so I am loathe to stop that process until all the files are copied to an external storage array.

Has anyone else ever experienced this?

Normally the advice is to stop the Roon server before copying large amounts of data. Though I don’t think it will hurt much, with time, but personally I wouldn’t get too hung up on imperfect behavior while the copying is going on.
