Why does Roon show these music tracks as “Not available”? They are available and playable on Tidal (except for one).
Now Tidal:
Is there an explanation for this?
Thanks.

The license holder (usually the record Label) has withdrawn the rights from the streaming service (in your case, Tidal). Usually there is a different release of the album available, which you can search for and add to your Roon library, replacing the old release that is no longer available.
However, in these cases I would expect to see the “Versions” tab on the Album page, which, if you click it, will show the new release and you can add it directly. However, for this particular album, I’m only seeing the “Title” and “Credits” tabs in your screenshot, so this album may no longer be available at all.
I use Qobuz, and this album is not listed at all.
Thanks. I test add. with the Bluesound App. The same tracks are not available here. It’s probably a problem with Tidal’s API.
That’s a bummer.
In addition of supporting the artist, this is another good reason to purchase and to always have it.

Same here, most of the album in tidal shows unavailable in ROON. and still pending the Roon software update. Have multiple time tidal login/ library clean up/ Room core restart , and 100% no help. ![]()
