Tracks that I created in a DAW Logic Pro. How to add artist and album

I cannot find an answer to this or how to accomplish this. I record music and then created Wave files in Logic Pro. When I bring them into a watched folder Roon sees the song name and assigned as an unknown artist and album.

I find the newly imported file and put in a playlist but I cannot figure out how to assign our band name and an album name to these songs.

Can anyone point me to an article or give some clue here?

You need to add metadata tags to each file. Best done outside of Roon in a dedicated tag editor. A good one is mp3TAG which is simple to use but there are many others.

@Tim_Clardy, @Anthony_B is correct, you need to add the metadata manually. Usually it’s easiest to use an external editor, but Roon does allow editing of each track individually or at the album level. Information below explains much of this process:

Add metadata and save as flac/alac in logicpro. wav usually does NOT carry metadata, hence ROON cannot read metadata from wav.
