Transfering components from an older NUC10i3FNH1 to a new NUC13ANHi5

In the „BIOS“ bootup settings there will be a choice of using Legacy BIOS mode or UEFI mode. You need to use the same mode as was used when you performed the original installation. (Because the boot data on the disk differs for the two modes).

If you installed on the NUC10 three years ago then it will be legacy BIOS mode because UEFI support was added to ROCK only in November 2022:
