Transferring library to another core/comp

I want to transfer my library of 30k+ tracks to another core computer. The library is on external HDD. I did a lot of edits to the database and want to keep them.

What is a safe way of doing it?

Make sure you have a backup of your database, just in case things don’t go according to plan.
