My roon system is ethernet, no vpn,

    None

Description of Issue -

I get this screen.

The Error message is

I have created a port forwarding rule in my UDP-Pro

I’m just a fellow Roon user.

From the info provided, although the error doesn’t show it, your ISP device is a modem/router/switch and Wi-Fi access point in one.

You’d need to look at turning this into just modem mode I think - bridge mode

Or put a port forwarding rule into that, pointing to the UDM Pro.

I found comments that Gonetspeed uses CGNAT. I would call them and ask if that is the case. The thread I found, indicated that the other GNS user had to upgrade to a fixed IP address to get port forwarding to work, which is going to be more money.

Problem solved. My ips gonetspeed requires a static wan ip to permit port forwarding. I was just able to get my router set to the static ip and everything is working. Thank toy for your attention and help.
