Two questions about Arc?

First, how do I find radiostations (Radio paradise) in Arc?

Second: why does it show only a couple of songs in some albums that I know is on tidal in full glory.

Not at all because Live Radio is not yet a feature in ARC.

Unclear, we need more information. Is this album in your Roon Library or just on Tidal? How many albums are affected (out of how many). Examples?

Example Dire Straits, Dire Straits 1978 there’s only two songs available, same on Communique. And in tidal witch is the source, the whole records are there.

Sorry my ARC is acting up right now  and I’m not home so can’t check right now, but another question: Is the album complete in your regular Roon app?

And you didn’t answer the other questions:

  • How many albums are approximately affected, out of how many? I’m trying to get an idea if it’s just a small percentage or frequent.
  • Is this album in your Roon Library or are you looking in Roon > Tidal?

It’s through Tidal, i don’t own it and i hane no idea how many albums are like this but a theory is that the two songs are the ones that i added to my library (on the +). When I checked the normal Roon app it’s the two songs but below I can press: check full album in tidal, and it’s all there.

Yeah, then you added just these two tracks to Roon. Add the whole album in the main app and it should be fine. Click the „check full album in tidal“, then add it.

I seem to recall that in the past there was some issue with ARC in such a case and it may not have been possible to add the whole album through ARC if you already had added individual tracks. If my memory is true, it was some time ago and I can’t recall recent cases, so maybe it was fixed. I do believe that in principle it should be possible to add the whole album through ARC as well, just like from the main app.
