Hello @Pang_Yu_Zhi ,

Thanks for reaching out with your report. Is this a new issue, was ARC previously working and this behavior just started recently? Have you set up a manual port forwarding rule in your router?

Noticed this after changing to the new router.
I have setup port forwarding but it doesn’t solve

Hi @Pang_Yu_Zhi,

Who is your internet service provider? Diagnostics indicate you might be behind a layer of carrier-grade NAT (CG-NAT), which the providers in your geoIP region commonly implement. CG-NAT will block ARC, requiring you to either a) ask your ISP for a dedicated IPv4 address or b) install Tailscale instead.

Here’s a detailed guide for Tailscale setup. https://help.roonlabs.com/portal/en/kb/articles/arc-and-tailscale-connect-to-roonserver-without-port-forwarding

Let us know if we can help further. We’ll watch for your response.
