Describe the issue

Hi,
I'm unable to use ARC at all. First, I tried all possible settings of my modem and router (UPnP, port forwarding etc.). But I can't use it even on local network at home, as the app says it can't connect to Roon Server. On the contrary, Roon App on the same mobile works as usual. What could be the problem?

This is diagnostics from Roon app, but I think I should solve local aunthentication i ARC first, as it is possible the cause of the problem now?

Describe your network setup

Roon server is on older Mac Mini 2012, Mac OS 10.15.7, router is EdgeRouter X from Ubiquiti. ARC is on iPhone 13.

UPDATE
After log out from server, restarting server etc. ARC app successfully connects on local network. Also, I dig through Tailscale tunnel, but this is only working / temporary method, as i had to transfer Roon server to MacBook with newer Mac OS. Unfortunately good old MacMini is unusable for Tailscale, as the OS is too old. I’ll continue trying to convince my server / router / modem to forward port.

UPDATE Nr. 2
It started working! After another round of tweaking my router and modem settings (which were OK from the start I believe), I changed port on the ROON server and restarted again. Voila, ARC found server and plays music. Honestly, I thing the cause of it is ROON software bug, as the app incorrectly claims that port forwarding is not working, while it should. Maybe server changed it’s mind after restart or even after de-authorisation and re-authorisation again.
