While it could, I’m afraid it wouldn’t work well.
It is of a type that sends metadata at the start of each track, and in so doing it also sends a signal that means the current stream has ended and a new one is starting. This causes Roon to stop, thinking the stream has stopped.
The Devs are aware of this issue.
If you are prepared to keep restarting the radio steam, you could add the URL to your my live radio.
