I can vividly remember the absolute grief I had with unresponsive Roon devs to long-standing issues with the crashing iOS app.

That sucks, I just doubt that threatening to leave in a huff would have changed anything.

Sure, but in that case the leave threat does nothing anyway. People are threatening to leave poor software developers all the time, with little effect.
