Updated LUFS target for spotify Quiet loudness normalization

Hi, nothing important, just a little notification for consistency in Ropieee XL. Spotify has changed their LUFS target for the Quiet preset from -23 dB to the more useful -19 dB LUFS.

I verified that the new target matches -19 dB LUFS in Roon in the Spotify desktop player, so perhaps Ropieee XL could also be updated to match the official client in some future release?

Yeah sure, just need to know what the corresponding pregain setting should be. Right now we have:

quiet: -9

The new pregain would then be -5.
