USB A to HDMI cable?

I have an Optical Rendu, which obviously has only USB A output. I’m trying to move it to a different audio system, but the AV receiver doesn’t have a USB input. It’s got plenty of HDMI inputs. Is it possible to use a USB to HDMI converter cable?

I’m not sure about USB to HDMI but if you have toslink or coax inputs this works great.
I’m not hearing any degradation.

And contrary to what the seller states in the listing, it’s not a DAC it’s a DDC.
