Use DSP to automatically adjust volume for DSD files

Hi-
Is it possible to create a setting in dsp to automatically boost the volume of DSD files by Xdb?
DSD files normally play at a lower volume than PCM.

Have you considered enabling automatic volume leveling on the zone?

Yes, don’t like how it sounds. Seems to take some life out of the music.

Any adjustment you’d do in the DSP settings (e.g., using the equalizer plugin to apply a flat boost across the entire spectrum) would have pretty much the same affect… Volume leveling is already just a simple volume adjustment applied by the engine. It’s just automating the gain/cut amount to normalize to a consistent overall volume.
