Use of trial license for technical test purposes

I have a lifetime subscription of Roon.

I would like to test a new technical configuration, without touching my existing system. I really would like to be able to listen to music using Roon, without being bothered by some technical hiccups.

Technically it is of course possible, but I would like to check if I am allowed to use a trial license for technical testing. Per definition, I do no have no actual needs/plans for a 2nd Roon license.

You can run as many Roon Core systems as you like but only one at a time using the same lic…just authorize the new core and you will automatically disable the new core…then you can go back and reactivate the original core when you are done. No need to get 2 lic’s
