Vinyl usb through roon

I have a Sony PS-LX310BT vinyl turntable with a usb out. I want to play vinyl with this turntable through roon. How can I do this?

Thanks, rooplay from rooExtend costs about $400. Why can’t roon software on a computer just play audio from a usb input?

There are cheaper options probably by building yourself, this one was just the general idea

You can use extension manager and entry points for free it’s basically the same as Rooplay for free. I’m not one for monetising extensions myself.

Because it’s library software not hardware not really in there interests to add external sources.
