I just set up a Sonos One yesterday and discovered haphazardly that one may control Roon – in a limited fashion. The Sonos One installed two zones in Roon: the Sonos speaker and Airplay2. When using the Airplay2 zone, I can use Alexa to skip to the next song, increase the volume and pause play. Didn’t know this was possible! I did notice a difference in the Roon sound quality indicator, however, which showed that I was getting a lesser quality stream but, what the heck, it was still quite nice!
