Volume Control Resets to Zero SMS 200 Ultra neo

Hi all

I got soemnew Sotm gear but having problems getting it to play. The device volume is set to 0 max and I can’t seem to change it. Sms 200 is connected in Eunhasu and Roon has found the device and seems to be playing music just the device volume level is zero and every time I try to change it resets back to zero.The green light on the front blinks sometimes and is solid other times. The ethernet lights are blinking.

Any help please.

Hi all

I just got some new sotm gear but setting it up in Roon I can’t seem to get the volume to set past 0db tried to reset and change max value but it just resets to zero. Music seems to be playing but I can’t hear it. Any suggestions.
