Problem now is that on volume as usual (between 20 and 40) there is hardly any sound now. At 80 I get background volume…

Anyone know how to may be reinstall the firmeware?
Issue solved!
Had the fastest ever reply from Hegel support. Fix is to do a factory reset.
All working as a charm now!
