In early Stereophile, they mentioned an album on London which had below 30Hz. It was on London CS6609. I was able to find a copy back then and have recently found it in the collection.

Absolutely love this album and has some bone rattling bass tricks throughout - some fascinating music, lyrics and mixing skills - one long smile
