What does it take to get Roon support?

I was a constant Roon user for quite awhile; then, for unrelated reasons over a year ago, I had to rebuild my Roon server and, since then, I’ve been unable to successfully import my library into a new install (on Linux, on MacOS, and on Windows). I’ll spend some time trying to figure it out, open a support ticket, get a bunch of suggestions from support with no real debugging, and, eventually, just get tired of spending so much time. I’ll drop it for 3-6 months then suddenly wonder if anything has changed…and do this all again.

So, here I am, again. I opened a support case a week ago. Roon support responded once with a clearly-unrelated suggestion to change background audio analysis to Fast and…nothing else. No responses, no followup, no reply at all.

What does it take to get actual technical support for a problem?
