What does the RoonServer Folder do?

My RoonServer Folder has nothing but an empty .tmp folder in it. What does the RoonServer folder do?

Hi,

The RoonServer folder is equivalent to the Roon folder, it’s just one is used by RoonServer and the other by Roon.
Which type of Roon are you running?

I have a separate server running RoonServer. What happens if I add an existing music folder to the “Organized Folders” (where the RoonServer Folder resides)?

Is it time to bring this topic up again? Didn’t really get an answer the first time…
What does the RoonServer folder do? Does it matter where it is placed on the server’s hard drive (or in my case, its SSD drive)?
