I’ve looked through the Roon Desktop docs and watched some Youtube videos and I’ve been unable to find a description of what the spinning icon at the top of the Roon Deskstop is telling me.

Roon is scanning / analysing. If you click on it - you’ll see a status.

The spinning circle is most likely background audio analysis, album identification etc.
If it continues for what may appear to be an age, click on it and you should see a pop up box detailing the stage it is at.
You can screenshot it and post it on the forum if you aren’t sure what it all means.
